- The number of goods He/She listed on the platform matches the actual inventory.
- He/She typically responds to customer messages sent through our messaging system within 3 business days.
Fair business transactions are always paramount. In the event of a dispute, the jewelry merchant will work together with the customer to find a mutually satisfactory resolution. Violation of one or more provisions in this code of conduct may result in the temporary or permanent loss of status as a professional jewelry merchant on JDC LAB.
