After completing the payment on JDC LAB, your funds will be transferred to our escrow account and securely held. To ensure the jewelry you receive meets your expectations, you have 7 days to carefully inspect it and confirm it matches the jewelry you purchased. If you do not express dissatisfaction within these 7 days, we will transfer the funds to the seller's account. If you are not satisfied with the received product, we will assist you in resolving the issue, ensuring your rights are protected. This escrow process allows you to shop with confidence, as we ensure the security of your funds and interests.

Directly contact the seller:
If the seller is unwilling to process the payment through JDC LAB, you can directly negotiate all payment and delivery conditions with the seller. However, please note that since we cannot control the security and reliability of such transactions, the JDC LAB team will not be able to assist you with any issues or disputes that arise in the transaction.
